Wellness & Resilience Workshops to Reduce Stress and Foster Connection in Your Team or Community

Investing in staff and community wellness is essential for sustainable performance and collective care. I offer trauma-informed workshops combining education, creative expression, and embodied practices to help your people reset, reconnect, and thrive.

Wellness & Resilience Workshops

Support your staff or community through creative, restorative experiences designed to reduce stress, expand resilience, and promote well-being.

These workshops are designed for mission-driven teams, corporate groups, helping professionals, and community organizations seeking grounded, embodied ways to support well-being for their staff or clients.

Whether your organization is facing high levels of vicarious trauma, seeking to support helping professionals, or simply looking to bring moments of care into a busy work culture — these wellness workshops offer both practical tools and nourishing experiences.

Workshops can be tailored to be fully experiential, fully educational, or a blend of both — depending on your goals and your group’s needs.

Workshops can be offered as a single event or a series in-person in the NYC area or virtually, depending on your group’s preference and needs.

Offerings may include:

  • Sound Healing Experiences using crystal singing bowls, chimes, drum, and voice to support nervous system regulation and deep rest

  • Ear Seeding (auricular acupressure using tiny seeds or beads), offered as:
    – a calming, grounding add-on to sound baths or other experiences
    – a stand-alone session paired with guided mindfulness and breathwork

  • Creative Expression & Embodied Practices drawn from drama therapy to support reflection, stress release, and reconnection

  • Trauma-Informed Psychoeducation on topics like burnout, nervous system care, vicarious trauma, and sustainable self-care

  • Integration & Insight Activities to support meaningful takeaways and application encouraging ongoing expansion beyond the session

These sessions are especially helpful for:

– Nonprofit and care-based teams carrying the weight of emotional labor

– Staff retreats, wellness days, and professional development programs

– Corporate or hybrid teams seeking stress relief and sustainable performance

– Community events focused on healing, regulation, and reconnection

Please note: In-person sound bath sessions require reliable transportation support due to the size and fragility of instruments. Because I am unable to transport the equipment myself, I ask that your organization arrange or cover a trusted delivery or car service to safely handle and deliver the instruments.

All offerings are inclusive and trauma-informed — no prior experience with creative or somatic practices needed.

Community Healing Circles

(optional add-on or standalone offering)

As a trained circle keeper, I also hold space for community-based healing circles. Rooted in indigenous circle traditions, these facilitated spaces invite participants into a shared experience of connection, story-sharing, and collective care. They are designed to foster belonging, presence, and meaning-making.

These circles can be especially impactful when a team or community is moving through something together — whether it’s the aftermath of a challenging event, a season of change, or simply a desire to deepen mutual understanding and support.

Ideal for:

  • Staff/community processing after a collective event or transition

  • Team care during times of burnout or grief

  • Deepening trust and connection among smaller groups

These are not conflict-resolution or mediation spaces, but are guided with reverence and care for emotional safety, co-regulation, and collective resilience.

Offered as one-time events or part of a recurring wellness series.

Best suited for small to mid-sized groups (approx. 6–12 participants).

Frequently Asked Questions

How long are your workshops and healing circles?

Workshops typically range from 60 to 120 minutes, depending on your group’s needs and goals. Healing circles usually last 60 to 90 minutes. Longer or multi-session series can be customized upon request.

How many participants can join a workshop or healing circle?

Workshops can accommodate groups of 10 to 40 participants comfortably, depending on format and space. Community Healing Circles are best suited for smaller groups of approximately 6 to 12 people to foster deep connection and safety.

Can workshops and circles be held virtually?

Yes! Both workshops and healing circles can be delivered virtually, with interactive adaptations to maintain engagement and embodied presence. Sound baths are offered virtually using sound recordings or live voice and instruments as possible.

What is ear seeding, and is it safe?

Ear seeding is an acupressure technique where tiny seeds or beads are placed on specific points on the ear to promote relaxation and nervous system regulation. It is non-invasive, safe, and often used as a calming adjunct to mindfulness or sound healing.

What kind of space or equipment do you need for in-person workshops?

For sound baths, a quiet, comfortable space with seating or mats is ideal. Transportation support is required for in-person sound baths to safely bring the instruments. Other creative and psychoeducational sessions need minimal materials and a private, comfortable setting.

Are these offerings suitable for all experience levels?

Absolutely. All workshops and circles are trauma-informed and designed to be accessible and welcoming, regardless of prior experience with creative arts, somatic work, or meditation.
